These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Epic Thumbnails platform, operated by Epic Thumbnails ("we", "us", or "Provider").

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Epic Thumbnails and users of the platform ("Customer", "User", or "You"). By registering and using our services, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Service Description
2.1 Scope of Services
Epic Thumbnails is an AI-powered thumbnail generation platform that enables users to:
- Generate custom thumbnails using AI technology
- Access a library of templates and styles
- Download generated images in various formats
- Manage and store generated thumbnails
2.2 Availability
We strive for 99.5% uptime annually. This does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service disruptions
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Registration
The contract is formed through your registration on the Epic Thumbnails platform and our confirmation. We reserve the right to reject registrations without providing reasons.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Credits
4.1 Credit System
Our service operates on a credit-based system:
- Fast thumbnails: 1 credit per generation
- HD thumbnails: 5 credits per generation
- Credits refresh monthly based on your subscription plan
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
4.2 Subscription Plans
Current subscription plans are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
4.3 Contract Term
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
- Annual subscriptions: 12-month term with automatic renewal
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is processed automatically via Stripe
- Annual subscriptions receive a 25% discount
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5.3 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for annual subscriptions after this period are not provided except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. You may use generated thumbnails for personal and commercial projects.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Creating content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Using bots or automated systems without our consent
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our platform
- Hacking attempts or attacks on our systems
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Circumventing security measures or usage limits
- Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
6.3 Account Suspension
Violation of these Terms or suspected misuse may result in:
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Termination of service without refund
- Legal action where appropriate
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
All rights to the Epic Thumbnails platform, including:
- Website design and layout
- Logos and trademarks
- Software code and algorithms
- Templates and styles
remain with us or our licensors.
7.2 Your Generated Content
You retain rights to the thumbnails you generate using our service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

The handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
9.2 Service Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
10. Termination
10.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10.2 Data Export
After cancellation, you have 30 days to download your generated thumbnails. After this period, your data will be deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
